Business meetings in the heart of Stockholm
It is easy to arrange a meeting or conference in Stockholm at the Adlon. An ideal location next to the Arlanda Express train and Central station makes it easy for all participants to attend your event. All our Adlon Hotel Stockholm conference rooms are fully equipped for up to 6, 8 or 14 people. Also, we can offer a room for mingling and breakout sessions to accommodate up to 40 people. The price includes Wi-Fi, a whiteboard, flip chart, overhead projector, screen, telephone, notepads and pens as well as ice water and fruit. LCD-projectors and speakerphones are available for rent.
Short meetings – up to 2 hours for a maximum of 6 people
You can rent an unspecified meeting room at short notice for only 500 SEK plus VAT. This offer is valid only once per day.
Service
Our reception is open 24-hours a day and will gladly assist in ordering food and beverage, copying, faxing and other services.
